The Jazz Campus Orchestra introduces itself and tells its story. On Sunday, Sept. 24 at 10 a.m. at the Jazz House we will present to the public the journey made so far by the Jazz Campus Orchestra, together with Director M° Nunzi, students and teachers.
The orchestra will perform a few pieces that will serve to understand the historical, technical and artistic journey it has made to date. We will also get to know the individual identities who will illustrate their journey in this specific musical context, and M° Nunzi will tell how he has worked on improvisation, the strongest point of this educational project, pushing all students to study it and deal with it from the very first lessons. We will tell how the repertoires covered, from early jazz to contemporary music, manage to amplify students’ expressive abilities and technical and artistic response to the maximum.
The Open Day is free admission, open to all fans of jazz music but also to classical music students who will discover that jazz can expand their technical skills immensely, for information contact educational@musicaperroma.it.
